  My parents have been there since 1999 and 2004. They do a TERRIBLE job taking care of my parents resting place. Deplorable! I would be embarrassed if I were McDonalds! If I could post pictures to prove my comments I would. Just came home from cleaning and pulling weeds!

  If I could give a 0 star or NO star, I would. I have never heard of any funeral home treating clients as horribly as this one. First, they do NOT return phone calls. Next, they arranged our loved ones service and gave a guaranteed date and time, so we made all the arrangeents (guests, minister etc) only to have one of the directors call us the day before the planned service to CANCEL! Yes, they did not have the hole dug on time, so they had to postpone a planned and paid for service which left us scrambling to fix their mess! They were not in compliance with the law which was their mistake, yet we paid the price for it when we only wanted to lay our loved one to rest as planned. They offered a refund on many fee's for this egregious error of theirs, yet they haven't paid it! They lied! I am going to involve an attorney to get back these promised refunded fee's and contact Dignity Memorial directly to let them know how McDonalds treats paying clients. I would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. Spare yourself a lot of heartache and wasted expense and go somewhere else! The office people are rude and the communication is awful if you even get a call returned. No family should ever have to go through this. Our family will never forget this horrific experience and these incompetent people who couldn't even provide a funeral on the promised date!

  From start to finish they walked me through and cared about what would give me peace and comfort in the darkest time. I highly recommend this chapel.

  Not happy, they called me to sign papers, but didn't keep me up to speed on my fathers funeral. then, they totaly ignored me at the service, gave my fathers lag to his care taker. They weren't married, he isn't blood. McDonald's funeral Chapel made my Dad's funeral HELL for me.
